SALES AND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Report to: Manager.
Location: Kisasi, Kampala, Uganda

Litarm Consults is looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales and Operations Associate on behalf of our client, Ruby, 's Gift Store which deals in a wide
range of Christian and Inspirational high-quality gifts for various occasions in Uganda up to Kenya.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and supporting overall business operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store to ensure customers have a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
● Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and most relevant products to meet their needs.
● Packaging of online customer orders for delivery on time for pickup daily.
● Track product inventory, to ensure accuracy in the systems.
● Update the website accordingly with new products, clean up old data, and
make constant modifications throughout the year.
● Financial data entry into QuickBooks. This includes customer orders,
payments, and expenses.
● Client communication on order status and satisfaction as well as responding
to customer questions and feedback.
● Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence.
● Treat customers with respect and courtesy.
● Any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications and Competencies Required
● Minimum of a diploma certificate
● Basic math skills.
● Quick thinker and learner
● Genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for
the products.
● Self-motivated, works with minimal supervision, shows initiative, and strong
problem-solving skills.
● Polite, friendly, and empathetic attitude.
● Confident and high-energy.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
● Fluent in English (spoken and written)
● Tech Savvy
