What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made via CREDIT CARD, MOBILE MONEY AND CASH. 

We currently do not accept cash payments for online purchases. Cash is accepted only at the shop.

Do you deliver out of Kampala?

Yes. We deliver throughout Uganda and to Nairobi. 

What is your return policy? What happens if I receive a wrong or defective product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products, please return it for a refund. We accept returns for any unused items that were not discounted or items that may be defective within 2 days of purchase. Please call us to receive a refund or to obtain a return authorization.

What if my purchase is a gift that I would like to have delivered directly to the recipient?

We are happy to deliver directly to the recipient. When checking out, clearly indicate so with the recipient’s contact and location for delivery. Remember to purchase a gift bag and let us know if the gift is a surprise!!!

Where do you ship from and how long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped from Kisaasi, Kampala, Uganda and will be delivered the next day after the order is completed. An order is considered completed once payment has been made.

Do I pay for the delivery of the items I have ordered?

During checkout, you will be able to select your area of delivery and the delivery fee will be added to your purchase. Therefore, no extra amount will be paid to the delivery agent.
